Over 60% of our business is commercial accounts. We can build to suit and set up a customized contract for our commercial tenants. Sizes range from 200 sq. ft. to 1600 sq. ft. spaces, and leases can be monthly to annually. We provide free receiving and shipping services (volume is dependant on individual arrangements). You can even set up pallet racking and phone/fax line in the unit with power outlets. Postal accounts and boxes also available.

 

FREE FORKLIFT WITH CERTIFIED DRIVER

We have a certified forklift driver to help you move your product (volume is dependant on individual arrangements). It's like having a forklift with a driver for free.
